    This programme introduces and develops understandings of the Universal Wellbeing Model (UWM) and the sensory inputs, dimensions, variables, and principles it is composed of. Material covered supports personal and/or family wellbeing developments, changes, and growth. Programme requires the keeping of a Reflective Journal.

  • Certificate in Pastoral Care & Universal Wellbeing Coordination (100 Hours)

    This programme is for those with responsibility for achieving positive cross organisational wellbeing outcomes. It is ideal for those with organisational responsibilities for pastoral care or wellbeing improvements, and outcomes. Achieve improved engagement, achievement, inclusion, retention, and equity levels and reduce absences, withdrawals, and resignations. Learn to implement the latest models, research, and wellbeing practices. Requires application of material facilitated to self and others in a chosen context overtime.

    *Accreditation Requirements for: Professional Universal Wellbeing Coordinator

    (Coordination of a Universal Wellbeing System).

  • Certificate in Pastoral Care & Universal Wellbeing Facilitation (100 Hours)

    This programme supports the development of professional facilitation communication capabilities, and the core knowledge, and skills required to ethically implement, interpret, and report outcomes of the Universal Wellbeing Evaluation Tool(UWET). Peer review, safe, and ethical practices are also examined and practiced. It requires application of material facilitated to others and groups in a chosen context overtime.

  • Certificate in Pastoral Care & Universal Wellbeing Coaching (120 Hours)

    This programme develops advanced professional knowledge and the communication skills required to coach the achievement of Universal Wellbeing Enhancement Plans, and to monitor, manage risk, advise, and refer clients to other clinicians, and experts when appropriate.

  • Certificate in Pastoral Care & Wellbeing Leadership (120 Hours)

    This programme develops advanced knowledge and skills used by Universal Wellbeing Leaders to strategically plan, implement, lead culture change, monitor, continuously improve, manage risk, educate, advise, refer, and evaluate wellbeing overtime in a large organisations. It requires supervised application of material across an organisation in a chosen context overtime.
